My power caddy FW3 will not stop or go slow
Sounds like something wrong with the electronics or the stop start switch. I was worried about mine as I hadn’t used it for 4 months but it worked fine yesterday. I would contact customer support.
Do they provide support/customer service? I also know a while back a few services/small business popped up that did trolley repairs - have you looked to see what is available local to you?
