HI, I am the IT Manager for a company and my CEO has asked me for help with his Garmin Approach S2. I can see that the computer is recognising the watch as a USB drive but it then just pops up and says drive E: is not readable. I assume this is where the device drivers for the watch are stored and this is why Garmin Express is not detecting the device?
Can anyone give me any suggestions to get his computer to recognise the watch and enable him to use Garmin Express to update the maps, etc.? Bear in mind that I have never used or worked with any of the Garmin devices before so please don’t assume I know what any of the buttons are, how to use the watch, etc.
